Payment Options

At ClearlyDev, we offer two convenient payment methods for creators:

1. Stripe: Available exclusively for European sellers.
2. Bank Transfer (Powered by Wise): Exclusive for non-European sellers.

Configuring Payment Methods

To configure your payment methods, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Seller Dashboard on ClearlyDev.
2. Navigate to the Store Settings page.
3. Access the Payments tab.
4. Select your preferred payment method: Stripe or Bank Transfer (Wise).
5. Follow the provided instructions to set up your chosen payment method.

Stripe Configuration

Setting up Stripe is quick and straightforward! Simply navigate to the Payments tab and connect your Stripe account to ClearlyDev.

Bank Transfer (Powered by Wise) Onboarding

For sellers opting for Bank Transfer, onboarding requires reaching out to our support team via email at [email protected]. Our team will require you to complete a form containing relevant bank details.

Payment Fees

Take note of the following fees associated with each payment method:

• Stripe Fees: Currently, Stripe withdrawals incur a fee of 0.25% + 10p per withdrawal.
• Bank Transfer (Powered by Wise) Fees: Currently, bank transfers via Wise incur a fee of 2.5%.

Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal processes differ between Stripe and Bank Transfer (Powered by Wise):

• Stripe: Withdrawals are automatic following manual approval and may take up to 5 business days to complete.
• Bank Transfer (Powered by Wise): Withdrawals are fully manual and may take up to 10 business days to complete.

Handling Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are handled promptly and are reviewed daily. However, in case of a backlog, there may be an extended wait. Please be patient as we work to process all requests efficiently.
